Ingredients
1 lb Land Lovers flank steak
1 tbsp oil
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
½ white onion, sliced
8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 tsp smoke chipotle powder
1 tsp tomato powder
1 tsp black lime powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Chile del árbol
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp cumin powder
1 lime
Salt to taste
Taco shells
Sliced avocado
Instructions
In a frying pan, heat oil on medium-high heat.
Sauté mushrooms, bell peppers, and Land Lovers flank steak.
Once everything is cooked, put heat to low, and add smoke chipotle powder, tomato powder, black lime powder, black pepper, Chile del árbol, garlic powder, cumin powder. Mix until fully combined.
Turn off heat and squeeze lime, add salt to taste.
Serve with your favorite taco shells and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
