Ingredients
2lbs Land Lovers flank steak, cut into desirable steak pieces
BBQ marinating sauce
BBQ dry rub
Salt
Spraying oil
Herbed butter sauce*
Instructions
1. Marinate steak: Use a meat tenderizer to perforate steak, then soak in BBQ sauce for 10 min
2. Sprinkle or rub dry rub and salt after marinating
3. Grill steak, 3-4 min per side or until desired charcoal appearance (Spray with lots of oil during grilling to create fattier mouthfeel) Sprinkle dry spice during grilling as desired.
4. Cut a piece of herbed butter on the grilled steak and enjoy!
*Herbed Butter Sauce: 3 tbsp melted vegan butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp dried basil, 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, pinch of salt
